6. Consent, choices, and withdrawal
Inzira Logistics collects, uses, and discloses personal information with consent where required by law. Consent may be express or implied depending on the circumstances. For example, when you submit shipment information to buy a label, it is understood that Inzira Logistics may use and share that information to provide the requested shipping service.
You may withdraw consent for certain uses of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment, carrier, claims, dispute, and operational limits. If you withdraw consent needed to provide a service, Inzira Logistics may be unable to complete that service.
You can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Necessary transactional communications about orders, payments, refunds, shipments, pickups, claims, safety, legal matters, or support requests may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
7. Service communications by email, text, and phone
Inzira Logistics may contact you by email, text message, phone call, website chat, or other reasonable communication channels to communicate about the status of an order, shipment, quote, payment, pickup, refund, claim, delivery issue, account issue, fraud review, support request, or other service-related matter.
These communications are used to provide the services you requested and to keep you informed about time-sensitive shipment or order matters. Standard message, data, carrier, and phone charges may apply depending on your provider and plan.
8. CASL and marketing communications
Where Inzira Logistics sends commercial electronic messages, such as promotional emails, promotional text messages, newsletters, offers, or marketing updates, it will do so in a manner intended to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and other applicable laws.

Marketing messages will identify Inzira Logistics as the sender and include an unsubscribe mechanism where required. Inzira Logistics may keep consent, unsubscribe, and communication-preference records to help demonstrate compliance.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not unsubscribe you from necessary service communications about active or past transactions, shipments, payments, claims, refunds, legal notices, safety issues, or support requests.

11. Cross-border processing and storage
Inzira Logistics is based in Canada, but personal information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, technology providers, support providers, analytics providers, or other service providers operate.
When information is processed outside your province, territory, or country, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, or government authorities.

When personal information is no longer reasonably required, Inzira Logistics will delete, anonymize, archive, or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable legal and business requirements.
13. Access, correction, deletion, and privacy requests
You may request access to personal information Inzira Logistics holds about you, ask for corrections, request deletion where deletion is reasonably available, withdraw certain consents, or submit a privacy complaint. Inzira Logistics may need to verify your identity before responding.
Inzira Logistics aims to respond to access and correction requests within the time required by applicable privacy law, generally within 30 calendar days, subject to permitted extensions, identity verification, legal limits, third-party privacy rights, accounting needs, fraud-prevention needs, carrier requirements, claims requirements, dispute obligations, and other lawful restrictions.
In some cases, Inzira Logistics may not be able to provide access to all information, delete certain records, or make a requested change, such as where doing so would reveal another person’s personal information, interfere with an investigation, violate legal obligations, affect a carrier claim, undermine fraud prevention, or conflict with accounting, tax, dispute, or recordkeeping obligations.
14. Security safeguards and privacy breaches
Inzira Logistics uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. No website, platform, email system, payment system, carrier integration, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 15. Third-party websites, carriers, and payment providers
The Inzira Logistics website may link to carrier websites, payment-provider websites, support tools, analytics providers, blog resources, or other third-party services.
