Terms of Service

These terms set out the main rules that apply when customers use the Inzira Logistics website and services.

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inzira Logistics website, quote tools, shipping-label purchase workflow, pickup coordination, shipment support, claims assistance, and related services. By using the website, requesting a quote, submitting shipment information, purchasing a label, contacting support, or otherwise using Inzira Logistics, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully. Inzira Logistics is designed to help customers compare carrier options, purchase shipping labels, and get human shipment support. Inzira Logistics is not the carrier transporting your package.

1. Inzira Logistics as a shipping-label facilitator

Inzira Logistics acts as a shipping-label facilitator, logistics support coordinator, and customer-support intermediary. Inzira Logistics may help you compare available carrier services, purchase labels, coordinate pickup requests, communicate shipment status, troubleshoot delivery issues, and assist with carrier claims.

Inzira Logistics does not physically transport parcels, operate carrier networks, control carrier acceptance decisions, guarantee pickup or delivery, act as a customs broker unless expressly agreed in writing, provide independent insurance unless expressly stated in writing, or override the rules of Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or any other carrier or carrier partner.

Transportation services are performed by third-party carriers and carrier partners under their own service guides, tariffs, terms, conditions, restrictions, limits of liability, claims rules, delivery standards, and operational practices. If a carrier rule conflicts with a website feature, quote, estimate, or expectation, the carrier’s applicable rule will control the transportation service.

2. Eligibility, business authority, and legal capacity

You may use Inzira Logistics only if you are the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country of residence, or if you otherwise have legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you use Inzira Logistics for a company, store, marketplace seller account, organization, or other business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Inzira Logistics is not intended for independent use by minors. A parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative is responsible for any use of the service by a person who does not have legal capacity to contract.

3. Customer responsibilities and accurate shipment information

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information for each shipment, including sender information, recipient information, company names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, package dimensions, package weight, item descriptions, package contents, declared value, pickup or signature selections, customs information, and any other information required by Inzira Logistics, a carrier, payment processor, customs authority, or service provider.

Quotes, service availability, pickup eligibility, transit estimates, and label validity depend on the information you provide. Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information may result in additional charges, refused pickup, carrier rejection, returned shipments, delivery delays, customs issues, loss of coverage, cancelled labels, failed claims, or other consequences.

4. Recipient information and authority to provide personal information

If you provide personal information about another person or business, including a recipient’s name, company name, address, phone number, email address, delivery instructions, package contents, customs information, or claim documents, you represent that you have the authority or consent required to provide that information to Inzira Logistics and for Inzira Logistics to use and share it for shipment quoting, label creation, payment processing, pickup coordination, delivery, tracking, customer support, claims assistance, customs or border processing, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and related business purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient information you provide is accurate and that sharing it with Inzira Logistics does not violate any privacy, consumer-protection, marketplace, employment, confidentiality, or other legal obligation that applies to you.

5. Quotes, pricing, payment, and carrier adjustments

Quotes are based on the shipment information available at the time of rating. Prices may vary by package characteristics, origin, destination, carrier service, pickup option, signature option, declared value, fuel surcharge, remote-area or residential classification, dimensional weight, carrier partner, availability, and other carrier or platform factors.

When you purchase a label, you authorize Inzira Logistics and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the label, service charges, applicable taxes, pickup fees, signature fees, declared-value or coverage-related charges, processing charges, and any other charges disclosed during checkout.

Carriers may later reassess a shipment after the label is purchased or after the package is scanned. If a carrier, carrier partner, payment provider, customs authority, or related service provider later determines that additional charges apply, you authorize Inzira Logistics to charge your payment method or invoice you for post-shipment adjustments, including address corrections, weight or dimensional-weight corrections, oversize charges, remote-area surcharges, return charges, pickup adjustments, signature adjustments, customs-related carrier charges, storage charges, refused shipment charges, undeliverable shipment charges, carrier administrative charges, or other fees tied to the shipment.

6. Failed payments, unpaid balances, chargebacks, and disputes

You agree to keep your payment information valid and to pay all amounts owed for labels, adjustments, service charges, taxes, and carrier-assessed fees. If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is subject to a chargeback, Inzira Logistics may contact you, retry payment, invoice you, suspend or restrict service, cancel pending services where possible, delay support on non-urgent requests, or take reasonable steps to recover the unpaid amount.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge without first contacting Inzira Logistics in good faith so we can review the transaction, carrier record, refund eligibility, or adjustment. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, but it helps ensure shipping records and carrier adjustments are handled correctly.

7. Refunds, cancellations, and unused labels

Unused labels are refundable on a no-questions-asked basis when the refund request is made within 60 days of purchase. If the label has not been scanned, accepted, tendered, dropped off, picked up, used, or otherwise activated in the carrier network, the customer receives a 100% refund of the amount paid for that unused label.

If a label is scanned, used, accepted by a carrier, tendered for pickup or drop-off, or otherwise activated in the carrier network, it is non-refundable. A label may also be non-refundable if carrier records show use, acceptance, scan activity, pickup, shipment movement, or any other indication that the transportation service began.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase by contacting Inzira Logistics through the available support channels. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Refunds commonly take 5-10 business days to appear after processing because of payment-processor and card-issuer timelines, including Stripe or any future payment processor used by Inzira Logistics.

Refunds do not cancel any obligation to pay valid post-shipment adjustments, carrier-assessed fees, customs-related charges, unpaid balances, or other amounts that arise from a shipment that was used, misdeclared, adjusted, returned, refused, or otherwise assessed by a carrier or related service provider.

8. Packaging requirements and prohibited or restricted items

All items must be properly boxed or packed in an authorized mailer suitable for the selected carrier, service, contents, weight, destination, and handling conditions. You are responsible for using adequate packaging, cushioning, sealing, labels, documentation, and markings so the shipment can move safely through carrier systems.

You must not use Inzira Logistics for prohibited goods, improperly declared goods, illegal goods, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, dangerous goods or hazardous materials not expressly accepted through the applicable carrier workflow, controlled substances, weapons, live animals, perishables, cash or cash equivalents, high-value goods requiring special handling, regulated goods, export-controlled items, or any shipment that violates carrier rules, destination restrictions, customs requirements, marketplace rules, or applicable law.

Carrier prohibited-item lists and restrictions vary by carrier, destination, service, package type, and law. You are responsible for checking and following the applicable carrier rules before purchasing a label or tendering a shipment. A carrier may reject, delay, destroy, dispose of, return, hold, inspect, or report a shipment that is prohibited, restricted, improperly packaged, incorrectly declared, or otherwise non-compliant.

9. Pickup is not guaranteed

Pickup availability is not guaranteed. Same-day pickup, scheduled pickup, pickup timing, pickup eligibility, and pickup completion may depend on carrier availability, cutoff times, location, service type, package type, weather, volume, traffic, operational constraints, address accuracy, building access, payment status, and other circumstances outside Inzira Logistics’ control.

Inzira Logistics may help coordinate pickup requests, but the carrier is responsible for performing the pickup. If a pickup is missed, delayed, refused, or unavailable, you may need to drop the package off at an eligible carrier location or request a new pickup.

10. Delivery dates, transit times, and tracking are estimates

Quoted delivery times, transit windows, estimated arrival dates, pickup windows, tracking updates, and service descriptions are estimates provided by carriers, carrier partners, APIs, or third-party systems unless a selected carrier service expressly includes a written carrier guarantee. Inzira Logistics does not guarantee delivery dates, transit times, pickup times, customs clearance times, or tracking update frequency.

Shipments may be delayed by carrier operations, weather, customs, address issues, recipient unavailability, payment screening, inspections, labour disruptions, service interruptions, remote locations, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside Inzira Logistics’ control.

11. International shipments, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and border charges

International, cross-border, and customs-related shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs penalties, import charges, export charges, storage fees, return charges, inspection fees, border-related carrier fees, and other costs not included in the label price unless expressly stated in writing.

Unless Inzira Logistics expressly confirms otherwise in writing, duties, taxes, brokerage, customs penalties, import charges, return charges, refused-shipment charges, and border-related costs are the responsibility of the customer, sender, recipient, importer, exporter, or other legally responsible party. Inzira Logistics may provide estimates or explanations, but those estimates are not guarantees and may change based on customs authorities, carriers, brokers, declared information, commodity classification, country of origin, destination rules, and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate customs information, item descriptions, quantities, values, country-of-origin information, recipient information, and documentation. Inaccurate or incomplete customs information can result in delays, seizure, penalties, return, disposal, claim denial, or additional charges.

12. Carrier terms, acceptance, and service limitations

Each shipment remains subject to the terms, conditions, service guide, tariff, claims rules, coverage limits, delivery standards, acceptance rules, and operational decisions of the selected carrier and any carrier partner. A carrier may refuse, hold, delay, inspect, reroute, return, or dispose of a shipment where permitted by its rules or applicable law.

Inzira Logistics may display or summarize carrier services for convenience, but the carrier’s applicable rules govern the transportation service. You are responsible for complying with the carrier’s requirements.

13. Claims assistance, coverage, and insurance-related limits

Inzira Logistics may help submit, coordinate, track, or communicate about claims for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Claims assistance is provided as customer support only. It is not legal representation, insurance representation, claims-adjusting services, customs-brokerage representation, or a guarantee that a carrier will approve a claim or issue payment.

Carrier claim eligibility, evidence requirements, deadlines, reimbursement amounts, exclusions, and decisions are controlled by the carrier or applicable coverage provider. Claims may require photos, invoices, proof of value, proof of packaging, proof of drop-off, tracking records, repair estimates, recipient statements, damaged-goods inspection, and other supporting documents.

You are responsible for providing claim documents quickly and accurately. Missed deadlines, incomplete evidence, prohibited goods, insufficient packaging, incorrect declarations, or carrier exclusions may result in a denied claim. Inzira Logistics is not an insurer and does not provide independent insurance unless expressly stated in writing.

14. Service communications, text messages, phone calls, and CASL-compliant marketing

Inzira Logistics may contact you by email, text message, phone call, website chat, or other reasonable communication channels to communicate about the status of an order, shipment, quote, payment, pickup, refund, claim, delivery issue, account issue, fraud review, support request, or other service-related matter. These are transactional or service communications and may be necessary to provide the service.

Where permitted by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and other applicable laws, Inzira Logistics may also send promotional messages, offers, newsletters, updates, or marketing communications. Marketing messages will be sent only where Inzira Logistics has the consent or legal basis required, will identify Inzira Logistics as the sender, and will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required. You can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional, shipment, payment, safety, legal, or support communications.

Standard message, data, carrier, and phone charges may apply depending on your provider and plan.

15. Account safety, fraud prevention, refusal of service, and suspension

Inzira Logistics may refuse, cancel, suspend, delay, review, or restrict service where it reasonably believes there is fraud, misuse, prohibited goods, inaccurate shipment information, payment risk, chargeback risk, security risk, abusive conduct, legal non-compliance, carrier-rule violations, suspicious activity, or any use that may harm Inzira Logistics, customers, carriers, recipients, payment processors, or third parties.

Inzira Logistics may also delay label release, pickup coordination, refund processing, or support action while reviewing payment, identity, shipment, fraud, customs, compliance, or carrier information.

16. Website availability and changes to services

Inzira Logistics aims to provide useful support and reliable website functionality, but the website, quote tools, payment tools, carrier integrations, APIs, chat tools, email systems, and other services may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, changed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Inzira Logistics may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website, quote tools, labels, support services, content, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Inzira Logistics does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, complete accuracy of carrier data, guaranteed carrier performance, successful pickup, successful delivery, successful customs clearance, successful claims outcome, or any particular shipment result.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inzira Logistics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of data, reputational harm, lost sales, marketplace penalties, customer complaints, shipment delays, missed delivery expectations, customs delays, rejected shipments, returned shipments, carrier claim denials, or losses caused by carrier performance or third-party services.

If Inzira Logistics is found liable for a claim arising directly from its own services, its aggregate liability will generally be limited to the amount paid by you to Inzira Logistics for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inzira Logistics, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, penalties, chargebacks, carrier charges, customs charges, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from inaccurate shipment information, unauthorized recipient information, prohibited or restricted goods, customs violations, packaging failures, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of carrier rules or applicable law.

20. Events outside our control

Inzira Logistics is not responsible for delay, failure, interruption, loss, or additional cost caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, labour disputes, government action, customs action, war, civil unrest, cyber incidents, service outages, payment-processor issues, supplier failures, fraud screening, epidemics, pandemics, or other force-majeure events.

21. Governing law and dispute resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try to resolve disputes directly and in good faith. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms of Service and disputes relating to the website or services are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada, and handled in the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution forums in that jurisdiction.

22. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how Inzira Logistics collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information.

23. Headings, interpretation, and changes to these terms

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Inzira Logistics may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are posted, the updated version will apply from the revised date shown above unless otherwise stated or required by law.

24. Contact
